Fundamentals, also referred to as "On-Ramp", is the absolute best and safest route to begin CrossFit. This program is required for individuals with less than 3 months of specific CrossFit experience.
What is included:
*Four 1-on-1 training sessions, 60-min length, with your designated coach
*Unlimited access to all Accelerate classes for 2 weeks during Fundamentals training
*Group CrossFit class to be attended with your Fundamentals coach following your final 1-on-1 session.
Each Fundamentals session is tailored to match the unique goals, needs and any movement constraints of every individual athlete. CrossFit is infinitely scalable to accommodate various experience and fitness levels, from total beginners to seasoned vets!
Upon completion of Fundamentals, athletes are welcome to transition into one of our monthly membership options.
Note: After purchasing your Fundamentals package, you will receive a call from our Onboarding Coordinator to help answer any questions you may have and to schedule your first Fundamentals training. Fundamentals are scheduled based on your availability and can be (almost) anytime between 6am-8pm Mon-Friday with additional weekend morning and early afternoon options.
